OfferLens (ABN 46 168 974 169) provides digital property research and screening reports for Australian home buyers based on the address, buyer goals, uploaded documents and other information supplied by the customer.
Information only
Reports are information and research products. They are not legal advice, valuation advice, building inspection advice, town planning advice, financial advice or a substitute for engaging qualified professionals.
Digital delivery
Reports are delivered digitally by email. Delivery timeframes depend on the selected product, scope confirmation and the customer providing the information needed to complete the report.
Acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, only upload documents you are entitled to share, and must not use the service for unlawful, misleading, abusive or automated bulk activity.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the amount paid for the relevant report. We are not responsible for decisions made without independent professional advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction in Australia.
